When you sign in at an open house, it serves two main purposes:
1. Listing Agent Representation: It clarifies that the listing agent represents the seller.
2. Buyer Representation: It acknowledges that you have a buyer’s agent. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry! You can sign a special agreement with the listing agent at the open house.
